san domenico che adora la crocifissione ( 1441-42 ) è un affresco del pittore fra i primi del rinascimento italiano fra angelico . L'affresco ( 340 x 206 centimetro ) è situato nel corridoio settentrionale , a sinistra della scala che accede al piano superiore . Secondo la tradizione ( non-documented ) , il volto del santo è a self-portrait . L'affresco è racchiuso in una cornice successiva .
